Our HVAC Maintenance Plan covers two visits per year — a spring AC tune-up and a fall heating check. We inspect electrical components, clean coils, check refrigerant charge, test safeties, change filters, flush condensate lines, and verify every system is running to manufacturer spec.
Plan members also get priority scheduling, discounted repair rates, and zero overtime fees on emergency calls. Most members tell us the plan pays for itself the first time we catch something during a routine visit.
